WelcomeThe Latrobe PA IMRG Chapter 1939 welcomes motorcycle riders of all brands. Connect with fellow enthusiasts and be part of a vibrant community. Our group was officially created mid-2014 and the group went on their first ride a couple months later, which was from the dealership in Latrobe PA to Johnstown PA.

2025 Ride Schedule
Important Information About Our RidesMeeting Spots, Kick Stands Up Times Announced Prior to Ride. All rides are weather permitting. A determination will be made by Thursdays of cancellations/changes due to unfavorable weather forecasts. Saturdays and Sundays may be interchanged due to inclement weather. Details of times and meeting spots will be sent out via email and posted to our website and to our Facebook Group mid-week (Wednesdays) of the ride. Make sure we have your current email address. For those who prefer shorter rides or who want to suggest additional rides, they can be incorporated into the off weeks. It is the responsibility of individual organizes other rides to get the invitation out to all perspective riders. Remember, our Chapter requires all riders in events organized by the chapter to review and sign the IMRG Waiver. These are completed annually for the current year.
May 3rd (Saturday) Coopers Rock State Forest [Link to Google Route Map] -162 Miles Established in 1936, Coopers Rock State Forest features canyon overlooks, historical sites, picnic shelters, 50 miles of hiking and biking trails, sandstone cliffs for climbing and bouldering, cross-country ski terrain, a lake perfect for reeling in trout, and a nearby river for rafting. May 17th (Saturday) Cook Forest State Park [Link to Google Route Map] -193 Miles Cook Forest State Park is an 8,500-acre park known for its old-growth forest, including the "Forest Cathedral," a National Natural Landmark. The park is situated near the Clarion River and is popular for canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. It offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and camping. June 5 – 7 (Thursday – Saturday) Gettysburg PA [Link to Google Route Map] -300 Miles This is an Indian Event with its own registration at https://imrgne.com/. There are multiple rides at the event. The deadline to register is April 30th. Several of us are riding out together on the 4th and returning with the IMRG Pittsburgh Chapter. On the way back, we will stop at Flight 93 Memorial. June 21st (Saturday) Ohio Pyle State Park and Flight 93 Memorial [Link to Google Route Map] -111 Miles Ohiopyle State Park is situated on 20,500 acres in Fayette County, PA. The focal point of the park is the more than 14 miles of the Youghiogheny River gorge that passes through the park. The Flight 93 National Memorial is a memorial built to commemorate the crash of United Airlines Flight 93, which was one of four aircraft hijacked during the September 11 attacks in 2001. July 12th (Saturday) McConnells Mill State Park [Link to Google Route Map] -226 Miles McConnells Mill State Park encompasses 2,546 acres of the spectacular Slippery Rock Creek Gorge, which is a National Natural Landmark. July 26th (Saturday) The Lodge at Indian Lake and Yellow Creek State Park [Link to Google Route Map] -127 Miles The Lodge at Indian Lake is a unique bar, restaurant, and hotel, which overlooks Indian Lake and the beautiful Laurel Highlands. The 2,981-acre Yellow Creek State Park is in Indiana County along one of the first “highways” in the state, the Kittanning Path. This trail was used by the Delaware and Shawnee nations and by early settlers. August 16th (Saturday) Conneaut Lake with Pittsburgh Chapter [Dependent on Pittsburgh Chapter] Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania's largest natural glacier lake, is surrounded by stunning scenery and a wide variety of activities, shopping, and dining. This ride will be coordinated with the IMRG Pittsburgh Chapter. Details to come.
August 30th (Saturday) Deep Creek Lake, MD [Link to Google Route Map] -156 Miles Deep Creek Lake is a man-made reservoir. The lake is home to a wide variety of aquatic life, including freshwater fish and aquatic birds. A unique four-season destination, the mountain climate gives the area four distinct seasons, with plenty of adventure and action for each season. September 13th (Saturday) Kinzua Bridge State Park [Link to Google Route Map] -295 Miles The 339-acre Kinzua Bridge State Park, located in McKean County, is the home of the reinvented Kinzua Viaduct. The Viaduct, once the longest and tallest railroad structure at 2,053 feet long and 301 feet high, was partially destroyed by a tornado during 2003. Reinvented as a pedestrian walkway during 2011, visitors can stroll 600 feet out on the remaining support towers, peer miles out into the Kinzua Gorge, and gaze down through the partial glass platform at the end of the walkway. September 20th (Saturday) Oglebay Resort (IMRG’s Official Charity Ride) [Link to Google Route Map] -210 Miles Oglebay Resort, located in Wheeling, WV, is a 2,000-acre public park offering year-round recreational activities and lodging. Oglebay offers a variety of attractions, including a zoo, glass museum, history museum, and various walking/hiking trails. Our chapter will be raising money for Folds of Honor, the official charity of the National IMRG. Folds of Honor is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of military members who have fallen or been disabled while serving in the United States armed forces.

2025 Events and Meetings
February 15th (Saturday) Annual Kickoff Meeting (Hillview Motorsports West 4450 Route 30 Latrobe, PA 15650)Indian Motorcycle Riders Group Kickoff Party + Swap Your Swag Event is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Don't forget that old motorcycle shirt to swap for a new, limited edition Indian MC shirt! Please enter through the main entrance and stop at the registration table to grab a name tag. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet and socialize with fellow IMC enthusiasts! We look forward to seeing everyone!
